Your account and profile

Use accurate information, keep your login secure, upload only content you have the right to use, and do not impersonate another person. Vibely profiles may include photos, prompts, interests, city, dating intention, verification state, and subscription state.

Discovery, likes, matches, and chat

Vibely offers discovery, likes, matches, replies, photo messages, voice notes, notifications, reports, and blocks. You agree to use these features respectfully and not to harass, spam, scam, threaten, abuse, or mislead other users.

Respectful behavior is required

• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, extortion, or repeated unwanted contact.
• No fake profiles, impersonation, payment fraud, romance scams, or illegal activity.
• No explicit abusive content, unsafe uploads, or deceptive behavior.

Premium plans

Vibely premium plans are Spark, Prime, and Aura. Premium access is activated only after server-side verification of a successful payment. Pricing, features, and plan availability may change as Vibely grows.

Payments and moderation

Premium payments are processed through PayU and verified server-side. Reports, verification submissions, uploaded photos, and safety moderation items may be reviewed when needed to keep the platform safe.

Account restriction rights

Vibely may warn, restrict discovery, remove content, suspend accounts, soft delete accounts, or block access when these terms or safety standards are violated.
