2. Use the subject line: Delete my Vibely account.
3. Include your registered email or phone number so our support team can verify ownership.
4. Tell us if the request is for privacy, account closure, or account access reasons.

Expected processing time

We aim to review eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification.

What deletion covers

Deletion can include your profile, photos, prompts, interests, likes, matches, chat content, photo messages, voice notes, notification tokens, referral records linked to your account, and account settings where deletion is legally allowed.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, moderation review, payment disputes, abuse handling, or legal compliance. This can include payment records, fraud or security logs, and moderation history for a limited period.
