What Vibely collects

Vibely may collect your name, phone number, email address, age, city or location, profile details, photos, prompts, likes, passes, matches, chats, reports, blocks, payment details, referral activity, notification tokens, and basic device or technical information needed to operate the service.

Why Vibely collects this data

We use account and profile data to support signup, onboarding, discovery, matching, communication, profile safety, payment support, fraud prevention, support requests, and general product reliability.

Pre-join lead data

If you join the early access list on vibelyindia.site, we use that information only for launch updates, city-based early access communication, and limited outreach related to Vibely availability.

Messages, media, and safety records

Profile photos, prompts, chat messages, photo messages, voice notes, reports, blocks, and verification details may be reviewed when needed to investigate abuse, respond to safety concerns, or enforce Vibely policies.

Payments, referrals, and notifications

PayU is used for payment processing. Vibely may also store referral activity, premium access records for Spark, Prime, and Aura, and notification token data so the app can deliver the expected premium, referral, and notification experience.

Third-party service providers

We may use trusted third-party providers such as our hosting provider, PayU for payments, Firebase/FCM for notifications, and future SMS/OTP or analytics vendors when required to run Vibely securely and reliably.

How long data is kept

We keep active account data while your account remains in use. Some records such as payment logs, moderation history, fraud prevention records, blocked-user records, and legal compliance data may be retained for a limited period when required for safety, disputes, or legal obligations.
